Submission deadline: October 15, 2008 Notifications of Acceptance: 3-4 week from submission date in most cases

IMPORTANT: Four types of submissions:

1. Research papers: complete papers (5000 words max.) with complete references section.
2. Short papers or abstracts

4. Virtual presentation: Those who are unable to attend the conference in person but wish to participate in this major international event, virtual presentation is available. Virtual Presentation allows participants to submit papers for refereeing and publication in the conference proceedings, just like a regular paper. Conference proceedings will be published as an e-book on a CD with an ISBN and ISI Indexed proceedings.
